Shipments with postage paid by the user
The UVic Shop also offers you a delivery system with ports paid by the user to send the order to the address that suits you. If you have chosen this type of delivery, do not forget to indicate the delivery address in the ‘Delivery address’ section when placing the order, in addition to activating the corresponding option in the form provided . When selecting a shipping address, remember to choose one that is regularly visited. Remember that the UVic Store allows you to send the order to an address different from the billing address, whose data you will have to enter in a different form.
What can you do if the order does not arrive?
If the order does not arrive at the address you have indicated and you registered previously or during the purchase, you can check the status through the virtual platform or contact us through the ‘Contact’ page. If you did not register when you placed the order, contact us through the Contact page.

The UVic Store recommends that you register as a user of the virtual store, for future purchases and to be able to track the evolution of the order.
